4.565 years of experience: FACC honors long-serving employees

Last weekend, 273 crew members were honored by the FACC Management Board for their round anniversary of service. A total of 4,565 years of experience was represented on stage.

FACC counts the who's who of the international aviation industry among its customers: The company owes this success to its approximately 4,000 employees, whose innovative strength, daily commitment, and expertise embody the values that make FACC one of the top aviation companies worldwide. This year, 273 employees of this successful crew are celebrating a milestone anniversary and were honored by the FACC Management Board for their commitment and dedication during a festive ceremony. Employees with ten or more years of service were honored. Special mention was made this year for Johann Fuchs (CNC Manufacturing) and Christian Schmidbauer (Senior Expert Industrial Engineering), who celebrated their 45th anniversary.

CEO Robert Machtlinger expressed his gratitude at the celebration at the Leitner Gut in St. Martin: "We are proud that many of our employees have been helping to shape and accompany FACC's success for many years. Together, we have developed into a globally successful aviation company over the past decades and maintain long-standing partnerships with all major manufacturers. This success story and our innovative strength are primarily due to the commitment and expertise of our entire crew, who have placed their trust in us for many years and thus form the foundation of our success."

Strong growth

The next chapter in this success story is already being written: the aviation industry is growing strongly – and relies on solutions and products from FACC. By 2044, more than 42,000 new passenger aircraft will be needed worldwide. With orders worth over USD 6 billion, FACC is benefiting greatly from this growth and, based on the current market situation, needs between 1,000 and 1,500 additional employees at all locations, around a third of them at its sites in Austria.
