FACC strengthens Marketing and Communications division

The international aerospace group FACC AG is strengthening its Marketing and Communications division: as the new Spokesperson, Jakob Reichsöllner is responsible for external communications. Thomas Murauer, who is in charge of digital marketing, has been appointed the new deputy of the Director Marketing & Communications and supports Andreas Perotti, who has taken over additional roles on group level, in the operative lead.

FACC AG ranks among the world's leading aerospace companies, and has reinforced its Marketing and Communications organization as of the beginning of the year: Jakob Reichsöllner, formerly Press Spokesman of ACstyria Mobilitätscluster GmbH, took over the function of Spokesperson of FACC AG with effect from January. He is thus responsible for external communications of the group. Thomas Murauer, who is in charge of digital marketing, has been appointed the new deputy of Director Marketing & Communications Andreas Perotti with immediate effect. Andrea Schachinger is now leading internal communications and as her new responsibility.

"We have a lot planned for the coming years, and for this we require a powerful Marketing and Communications organization, both in-house and externally. With our reinforced team we have optimally positioned the division for the challenges that lie ahead," firmly believes Robert Machtlinger, CEO of FACC AG.

An important focus is on external communications: "With Jakob Reichsöllner, we have been fortunate to gain an experienced communications professional with a high affinity for mobility as our new Spokesperson," comments Andreas Perotti, Division Director, adding, "Thomas Murauer, who has been in charge of digital marketing to date, will also be serving as my deputy at our FACC headquarters in Ried. With her many years of experience, Andrea Schachinger is responsible for internal communications as a key element of our communications strategy.”

Jakob Reichsöllner is approaching his new role with great enthusiasm: “FACC is making a decisive contribution to shaping the future of aviation. Being part of this journey, especially in the area of communications, is a highly exciting task that I am very much looking forward to as a member of a fantastic team.”
